JC People Terms of Service

Welcome to JC People, a unique online community that connects people through a specialized network of friends for fellowship, dating or just for making new friends.

JC People service is operated by Alpha Tek, LLC. As a member or non-member using the JC People web site you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (this \"Agreement\").

Although JC People is a free site, open to the public, it is privately owned and operated. We do, therefore, have guidelines (please read our guidelines below) that we ask each user to adhere to. Users who do not abide by these guidelines will be asked to comply. Anyone who doesn\'t honor these requests will have their accounts removed.

JC People is supported by advertisers. We do not ask members for any type of fees or dues. In light of this, we do not allow users or members of JC People to link to any outside web sites, other than their own. No affiliate links may be placed on any user profile. JC People will not be allowed to become a haven for people attempting to generate income from their user profile. There will be no exceptions to this. Users found to be in violation will be asked to remove any violating links or banners. Users who do not honor these requests will have their account removed.

JC People is here for the purpose of networking with other Christians, not for promoting your affiliate or online business. Spammers will have their account deleted, with no questions asked.

Due to the nature of JC People and the Biblical morals that are promoted here, we will not tolerate any questionable content. The following types of material will not be allowed to be posted or linked to, either on or from a user profile:

• Nude or revealing photos or videos of men or women
• Crude, vulgar or obscene photos or videos
• Any item that depicts or promotes hatred, racism, bigotry, questionable morals or ethics
• Pornographic images or videos
• Photos or videos containing obscene or vulgar language
• Music containing obscene or vulgar language, racism, etc.

This list is not exhaustive or all-inclusive, but it should give you a good basis upon which to make a decision as to what to put or not put on your pfofile.

Please allow us to reiterate once more: Users are not allowed to place affiliate links, banners or any other types of advertisements on their user profiles, that link to external web sites, other than their own web sites. JC People is not here for your personal gain.

We ask you for your help in keeping JC People a family-friendly site, free of the garbage that clutters much of the rest of the internet. If you do spot anything offensive or questionable on anyone\'s page, please use the Report User link on that user\'s profile to report them.
